New “Oldboy” Poster Suggests it Might be Hammertime

Spike Lee’s Oldboy, in theaters 11/27, has a new one-sheet from FilmDistrict. The remake stars Josh Brolin, Samuel Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen, Sharlto Copley, Bruce Hornsby, and James Ransone. A cult favorite, the original has an easy time channeling a little ultra-violence. Will the upcoming version share the same visceral brutality?
