Jinx_Proof

Brewed by Three Floyds Brewing Co. and Brewpub

$9.99/Six pack

Style: Dortmunder/Export Lager

5.10% ABV

Serve at 40-45°

Availability: Rotating

Enjoyed from a pint glass

Notes:
This refreshing continental-style pils has a light body combined with a pronounced noble hop aroma and a crisp dry finish. This is the perfect beer for easy flavorful drinking. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Jinx Proof tattoo in Washington D.C.

A: Pours a nice copper-brown with an inch of foamy off-white head that dissipates quickly. Nice retention and some spotty lacing.

S: Pale malts and some fruitiness. Floral hops just enough to confuse my nose. There’s an element of toasted breads and subtle lemon. Interesting,

T: Very nice hop crispness that supports the malt foundation well. It’s very grassy and earthy, something I wasn’t expecting from a lager.

M: Medium-bodied and lots of carbonation. Smooth, clean, and sticky. Very crisp with a hint of spiciness.

O: I’m pretty much an anti-lager guy. They almost always disappoint, and I’m not a huge fan of the lower gravity and ABV brews. Three Floyds have me reconsidering after this tasty lager. Kick up the ABV and I’m all in.
