Brewed by Three Floyds Brewing Co.
Style: Milk/Sweet Stout
Serve at 50-55 Degrees
Enjoyed from a pint glass
A: Pours a dense black with a half finger of khaki head that dissipated quickly. Spotty lacing.
S: Rich milk chocolate, roasted malts, coffee, cocoa powder.
T: Sweet chocolate, rich roasted malts, brown sugar, bittersweet chocolate.
M: Full-bodied. Creamy with a distinctive hop bite.
O: I’m not a huge milk stout fan, they’re a little thin for me, kind of the same way I feel about most straight porters. This is a very tasty milk stout, one I would add to a semi-regular rotation. If you’re a fan of Three Floyds and the style, I’d call this a safe bet.
