Style: American IPA
Serve at 45-50 Degrees
Enjoyed from a snifter
A: Dark orange, copper with a two fingers of fizzy off-white head. Dissolves quickly, leaving a web of lace all the way down.
S: Big piney hops up front, citrus lingers.
T: The grapefruit and pine makes for a huge hoppy blast. I get just a small amount of caramel and bread. Nice session IPA.
M: Very nice and creamy. Medium-bodied with a pronounced crispness.
O: A great IPA from Sierra Nevada. It’s a step above their Pale Ale, a step below their Hoptimum. This is a great IPA for people interested in exploring the style. There is usually a few bottles of this in my fridge. It’s solid.
