Fister’s Devil Music of the Day: Music from The Walking Dead

Article by FisterRoboto of lefthandhorror.com

Very cool and thoughtfully edited images from The Walking Dead comics set to Gary Jules and Michael Andrews version of Tears for Fears somber hit, “Mad world.” Personally, I like this one better, always have. It just flows better and I feel the sorrow much more deeply.

Now, Johnny Cash’s song “Hurt”, is also set to great comic book panels from The Walking Dead. It’s very effective. I think you could set this music to a Valvoline commercial and someone would still cry.

Enjoy.

And of course, here is some Marilyn Manson performing the classic 80’s hit from The Eurythmics, “Sweet Dreams”.

    • Thanks! I love me some metal and all, but Frank Zappa is my favorite musician, so his music kind of made me more accepting and understanding of all types of music. Thanks though. 🙂

      • Your music taste falls into hubby’s taste for music and I learned to like quite a few of them like Boston, Mike Batt and even some classical but I do prefer the classic rock types. I am more of a country girl. 🙂

You are welcome. Your blog deserves an award and you’re under no obligation to participate. It’s just to introduce other bloggers as well so they can see all the interesting and cool blogs around. 🙂

      • Music variety is a spice of life! Thank you, Sonel, so much for the appreciation. I’ll have to see everyone else you like enough to recommend.

        Hope Monday is great!

        Nate
