Style: American Double/Imperial IPA
Serve at 50-55 Degrees
Enjoyed from a snifter
A: Pours a clear, golden color with two fingers of off-white foam. Lacing remains all the way down.
S: Citrus, orange peel, a bit piney and sweet. This is already better than expected.
T: Bready malt up front that fades to piney hops. Very earthy and bitter. Nice.
M: Unexpectedly creamy, the perfect complement.
O: This might be the best IPA for the price. Southern Tier continue to impress me at every turn. Great ale.
