Lollipop Chainsaw & Resident Evil: Operation Racoon City

Article by FisterRoboto of lefthandhorror.com

So, Lollipop Chainsaw releases this June and I couldn’t be any more excited for this blood-soaked gem. What’s the premise you ask? Well, it’s simple. Hot chick with a chainsaw + Zombies = awesome. I’ve read thirty articles about this game and watched every trailer and clip. I think this has me nearly as excited as the next Bioshock entry. Check out the trailer. If you love horror and console games, I can’t see a reason to not buy this. It claims to have:

  • More blood than a  Texas slaughterhouse!
  • More skin than a girls locker room!
  • More severed heads than the French Revolution
  • Get ready for SEX! Blood! Rock n Roll!

Ok, I’m sold. This hits the shelves on 6/22 and is available for both PS3 and Xbox 360.

Resident Evil: Operation Racoon City

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City delivers a true third person team based shooter experience set within the dark and sinister Resident Evil universe and a reinterpretation of the events depicted in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3. Zombies and Bio-Organic Weapons (B.O.W’s) add to the mix as players not only compete against an opposing squad but also tackle this third unpredictable element, creating a brand new style of gameplay and breaking the conventions of traditional team based shooters.

This was released this week and is getting favorable reviews. The breaking news for this game is that players can FINALLY RUN AND GUN! Thanks for listening, Capcom. How long have fans wanted this feature?
