Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale Beer Review

Article by FisterRoboto of lefthandhorror.com

Style: American IPA

ABV 6.80%

Serve at 45-50 Degrees F

Enjoyed from a snifter

A: Pours a dark amber with frothy tan head.

S: Big amounts of citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, light lemon, piney with some a biscuit aroma hidden in the back.

T: Giant wave of hops followed by a sweet flavor of caramel. Very mild alcohol burn.

M: Creamy, medium-bodied with perfect carbonation.

O: I’m sad to have officially cracked into my last sixer of this, but I want to enjoy the fresh hops to the fullest. This December release is always a welcome part of my winter.
