V/H/S Gets Official Release Date – Continues to Look Terrifying

When a group of misfits is hired by an unknown third-party to burglarize a desolate house and acquire a rare VHS tape, they discover more found footage than they bargained for.

I was pretty much sold when I found out Ti West was one of the directors. This was just shown at Sundance last month and continues to get great reviews. Found footage movies are clearly not going away anytime soon, so let’s hope this is a good one. The release date for this is 10/5/12, but will offer VOD options starting on 8/31/12.
