More 2012 Horror Trailers

2012 is shaping up to be a prolific year for horror. I guess we’ll see if it ends up being a strong year or not. In the meantime, here’s a new batch of hopefuls. *fingers crossed*

John Dies At the End – No firm release date yet

It’s a drug that promises an out-of-body experience with each hit. On the street they call it Soy Sauce, and users drift across time and dimensions. But some who come back are no longer human. Suddenly a silent otherworldly invasion is underway, and mankind needs a hero. What it gets instead is John and David, a pair of college dropouts who can barely hold down jobs. Can these two stop the oncoming horror in time to save humanity?

Stormhouse- DVD/Blu Ray 2.7.12

In 2002, eight months before the invasion of Iraq, the Military captured and imprisoned a supernatural entity at Stormhouse, a secret underground base. This film documents the final four days of that experiment. ‘Ghost whisperer’ Hayley Sands is brought to Stormhouse by the Government to make contact with the captured entity. But her arrival triggers a series of events which lead to the entity’s escape, plunging the base into a horrific nightmare.

Resident Evil: Retribution – 9.14.12

Does it even matter what the plot is? These movies are terrible, but an unfortunate guilty pleasure for me. Jensen Ackles might make it interesting. I’m sure we can expect more scenes where Alice walks directly into incoming fire and never gets shot, and she’s probably posing in slow motion as it happens.
