A: Pours an amber ruby hue with two fingers of a white cap. Great retention.
S: Piney, biscuit backbone, caramel, piney hops are very present.
T: Hits like an IPA on the front end. Piney hops, caramel, toasty malts, bready, spicy with a hint of lemon/grapefruit rind.
M: Huge, chewy body. Creamy with a sparkly carbonation. Very enjoyable.
O: One of Great Lakes best brews, seasonal or otherwise. You may not lose grip of your mortal coil with this vampiric brew, but drink a couple of these and your worries will fade away.
I would have expected this kind of deal from Transylvania (Romania)… and we do have Dracula wine… but The Great Lakes? Well, alrighty then… Sounds cool enough
