Style: American IPA

Serve at 45-50 Degrees

Enjoyed from a DFH Signature Glass

A: Pours a hazy orange with two fingers of creamy off-white head.

S: A nice mix of piney and citrusy hops, floral and bready with hint of toffee/caramel.

T: Just like the smell – grapefruit and pine mixed with some biscuity malts and touch of caramel. Tastes and smells like Phish tour.

M: Medium-bodied, very bitter and dry. Great carbonation.

O: Not bad all in all. I prefer Sixpoint’s Resin personally. It’s much more complex, plus I just prefer a nice, strong DIPA. Worth checking out though. Great for canned beer.
