Enjoyed from a snifter
A: Pours a hazy amber-orange body with two fingers of bubbly foam. Great retention, coating until the end. Pretty brew.
S: Orange and piney, marmalade, lemon grass, a hint of caramel and vanilla, maybe from the oak.
T: Wow. Fruity notes like apricot, pear, pineapple and orange rind. Piney hops as well as pepper and biscuity malts.
M: Medium-bodied, crisp, and nicely carbonated.
O: I’m always going to prefer the American style IPA/DIPA, but if I had to switch teams, this English IPA would be bait enough. Three Floyds just keep putting out stellar brew after brew. Add one of these to your fridge soon.
