There are few things I hate more than Nickelback. Cancer, rapists, child murderers, Jar Jar Binks, well, Jar Jar might be a tie. Chad Kroeger and his crew of big rock stars are a portrait of everything wrong with music. For example:

• Numero uno: terrible, terrible music. Learn a fourth chord already.
• Chad Kroeger. So self-explanatory.
• Terrible lyrics. We understand – writing about getting laid is super creative.
• People seem to like them. For real, I know this is true.
• Chad Kroeger.
• Complete poseurs. Bad boys of rock image hidden behind terrible formulaic music.
• Just seeing them makes me want to trash the room. I guess that’s really my cross to bear though.

I thought a weekly article showcasing the worldwide hatred of Nickelback would be a natural fit here. So, as you read articles about how much I love horror, comics, movies, craft beer, television, and metal – please stick around for reasons I hate this perplexing and one-dimensional shit show known simply as Nickelback.
