Enjoyed from a Bell’s tulip glass
A: An absolutely beautiful brew. Black as night. A standard pour nets two fingers of mocha-colored, and unbelievably frothy head. Great retention until the end.
S: Roasty chocolate with a little hint of molasses. Milky sweetness and slightly smoky as well.
T: Dark chocolate with subtle vanilla and caramel. A burst of earthy hops opens up as it warms. A perfect balance and very complex. Delicious.
M: Very light carbonation, creamy as it looks. Bitter bakers chocolate and hops blend together as the taste finally fades.
O: Probably my favorite RIS at the moment, and often overlooked due to the Breakfast Stout. You’ll never notice a burn even with the high abv. Stock up your fridge while you still can.

Ah, good to see you’re back to “work”…
It’s hard life I’ve chosen for myself.
